  • All appointments with Phil are via zoom.

  • The answer is yes; however, if more than one person requires coaching, then they would need to purchase their own session(s), and complete the required paperwork, etc.

  • There are 2-steps required before you can schedule your first one-on-one sessions with Phil:
    1. A Health History Questionnaire must be completed prior and sent to Phil at: NourishYourBodyRD@gmail.com. 
    2. Accept an “invite” f
    rom Phil for the food tracking app, “Cronometer”, and log everything you eat and drink for 2 weekdays and 1 complete weekend (total of 4 days).

  • Phil Know's Food does not accept insurance for one-on-one nutrition coaching services. However, if your insurance company offers out-of-network nutrition benefits, Phil will assist you in obtaining the appropriate prescription from your physician and provide the necessary invoicing for you to submit to your insurance, after payment has been made.

  • Both credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

  • Yes, there are automated payment plans available for 6 or more sessions.
