I weighed 195.3 pounds today down from 225 on October 3 when I started. I’m not able to do the macro’s exactly but it’s got me on the right track.(If I meal prepped I could do it) Almost 30 lbs in 3 months. With some holiday cheat meals in there too! So thank you! I think that it took 4-6 weeks of struggle until my metabolism switched over and now I have learned to satisfy my cravings with a half of a One Bar or other snacks in 100 calorie increments. Also critical has been drinking the 64 ounces of water daily. It definitely slows down my appetite. Im definitely making progress without perfection! The best is all my clothes fit or are too big! Nothings too small! My advice to anyone reading this is you can do it- you just have to stay with it for at least 60 days- track your calories- drink your water and don’t get down if the scale doesn’t move as fast as you think it should! It took me more than a year to put on the 30- I’m lucky it came off in only 3 months. Good luck and do it! It feels so good on the other side!
