Summer Grilled Chicken and Berry Salad

INGREDIENTS
Grilled chicken breast (sliced)
Mixed greens (spinach, arugula, kale)
Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
Avocado (sliced)
Slivered almonds
Feta cheese (optional)

LEMON POPPY SEED VINAIGRETTE
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1teaspoon poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Arrange the greens in a large bowl.
2. Add the sliced grilled chicken, fresh berries, avocado, and slivered almonds.
3. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if using.
4. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad before serving.

**NOTE: Make sure you adjust according to where you are in the RESET.  For example, if you are in the Dairy RESET, use dairy-free alternatives, etc.
