Blueberry Chia Pudding
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
12 oz Silk unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup wild blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 Tsp vanilla
1/2 Tsp cinnamon (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything in blender and blend until combined. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight, or until thick. Top with a few fresh blueberries; chopped nuts; or granola of choice.
