Antioxidant Superseed Museli

SERVES 12

INGREDIENTS
3 cups sprouted, gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup reduced or no sugar cranberries
1/3 cup ground flaxseeds
1/3 cup cocoa nibs (optional)
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
 
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oats on baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Add oats, and all the other ingredients together and store in a jar or airtight container.
