Overnight Oats with Protein Powder - Chocolate Peanut Butter

SERVES 3

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of Sprouted, Gluten Free Oats
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops chocolate Orgain protein powder (or similar low sugar protein powder)
2 1/2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Tbsp of monk fruit or Swoon (https://www.tasteswoon.com/products/swoon)
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp PB Fit peanut butter powder
 
DIRECTIONS
Mix oats, chia seeds, protein powder in a large bowl. Stir in almond milk, monk fruit, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 3 mason jars or airtight containers and refrigerate over night. Top with fresh berries or unsweetened coconut flakes (if desired).
